Our Annual General Meeting and Social will take place on Thursday 22nd March 2018.
This is your chance to thank outgoing committee members who have all worked very hard for the club, some for quite a few years. A new committee needs to be voted in.
This year we are proposing changes to our constitution and these need to be agreed by the members at the AGM. Most of these are cosmetic to make the document easier to read, but there are a couple of significant changes that you need to vote on.
Also next year we are hosting the local Grampian Eye Competition and we need to choose two charities that will benefit from this event. Nominations can be seen below.
