- Photography Life (good articles on cameras, lens test and landscape photography)
- DP Review (was probably the best of the camera test sites, nearly closed down, still going)
- Imaging Resource (has the best lens tests online with 4D graphs)
- PetaPixel Lots of camera and lens reviews by former DP Review staffers.
- Camera size comparison (handy to see how big different cameras are, and you can attach different lenses)
- Thom Hogan (Nikon guru and photo industry critic)
- Cambridge in Colour (has very good educational articles)
- Classic Cases (www.classiccases.co.uk) a local maker in Cults of very nice leather camera cases and straps.

- Vivian Maier Amazing images by a woman who died before anyone saw her stunning street photography work.
- Charlie Waite One of Britain’s best landscape photographers
- Simon Baxter. Outstanding Woodland images.
- Darren Heath – Professional motorsport photographer. Amazing Formula One images, arty, colourful use of motion blur. Awarded Honorary Fellowship by the Royal Photographic society.
- David Ward – Artistic landscape photographer, often discovering images that everyone else overlooks.
