Visions members went out to photograph the Aberdeen Spectra Light Festival on the opening night on Thursday 6th of February. Stephen Lynch took charge of the herd, opting to first meet for a coffee in Union Street and meet up in the Globe at the end to warm up with a cold beer….

Warmly dressed, camera batteries charged, topping up the cafeine levels as required, ready for adventure…..
We then dispersed, walking in small groups around the various exhibits to see if it was possible to take the killer shot that would guarantee 20 points in the next competition. I think it is fair to say most of us were slightly underwelmed by this years event, but we had a great time taking photos and enjoyed a few beers afterwards in the Globe. Below a random selection of photos from those posted on our FB page.
